Why DESEREE?
Because I'm "terrifyingly efficient," as one person described me (while laughing).
I'm a naturally curious, growth-minded (more often than not), organized, resourceful, collaborative person. Give me a problem, a project, a question, or a pile of details, and my brain immediately begins searching for the pathway forward.
Organized.
I love creating mind maps. Think of it as an old school brainstorming session, complete with categories, sub-categories, individual tasks, benchmarks, and timelines. It really helps me keep everything on track, and to see the forest and the trees simultaneously.
A Visionary.
Incredibly observant, and thoughtful, I use all of my experience in every industry I've worked in to move a business forward. I am a visionary, an ideas generator, and I'm very comfortable reimagining things - how things are currently done (aka industry norms), what they could be, and experimenting with new ideas and ways to work. Seeing beyond what things are is a special skill of mine.

The barrier(s) to capturing more sales, clients, enrollments, etc. I see it. I feel it. I like to resolve it.

When something is in my hands, I take it very seriously, and I only deliver my absolute best. Every. Single. Time. I will ask questions when I need clarity, find answers when I don't have them, and keep things moving forward. I lead with curiosity, and will continue to refine until the job is done.
I Bring Calm to the Details.
Business can be exciting, challenging, unpredictable, stressful, demanding, and occasionally a little chaotic. I'm fine with that. I bring a calm determination, organization, perspective, and a steady presence to the moving pieces - creating more room for you focus on the bigger picture.

I care so much it hurts sometimes. I work as if your business was my own. I care about your reputation. I care about it the way I care about my own. I worry, stress, light up, celebrate, and experience joy as if it were my own. That is exactly how much I care. I don't want to take over. I want to see you succeed.
